No Network Converage-Over subscription

We have been experiencing problems with MTN 3G coverage constantly in the Ruimsig, Roodepoort area 7 km away from their headoffice. I took out this contract due to bad performance of Vodacom 3G both in JHB central as well as at home. There is only EDGE service available at all never 3G and on weekends and after 17h00 no service at all. This points to a problem of over subscription and bad coverage in the area. I have tried to submit a query online and that does not work both from my work desktop and private laptop. I have tried to use the call centre numbers and that gets cut off as soon as I start explaining my problem. I am considering legal action to cancel/nullify the 2 year contract which is of very little use to me with more that 18 months to go.
Anyone who has installed boosters at huge cost in our complex are still experienced the same lack of service and obviously nowhere to turn to.
I run a business and have endless trouble with mails not going out, invoice/receipts not delivered and much more. Unacceptable people we pay for a service that is not provided.
