POOR CUSTOMER SERVICE

Pathetic Service!!!
My ADSL connection has been down since 25th April 2013, I have logged calls since then with no joy. All I receive is the same excuse but no action. The message i keep receiving "TECHNICIANS ARE ATTENDING TO THE PROBLEM AND THE FAULT CAN BE SEEN AND LOOKS LIKE ITS ON THE EXCHANGE", OR THE LASTEST IS THAT IT MIGHT BE A NEW FAULT WHICH WILL BE ATTENDED TO". I recieved notifications via sms to inform that the service is restored only to realize the problem still exists.

I need the service restored as a matter of urgency and insist that a credit be passed for the time lost.
