My sincere thanks and kudos to Victor Kapumha at the Vodacom Shop Greenstone, who didn't lose his cool or stop trying until he finally persuaded the Vodacom bureaucracy that it would be a good idea to solve this customer's problem. I really appreciated all his efforts.
