After 1 whole month of sending me from Pillar to Post, Vodacom has messed up my order and now is expecting me to cancel and wait for another stretch! This is unacceptable! I called in to order the 2x HP 630 Notebooks, no sales consultant knew about it, even after me directing them to the exact page in the sales brochure, none of the sales guys had the sales guide available??? They ordered me a HP envy x2 and confirmed that I would get two and then after me following up they realised something was wrong. I am so upset because now I have to wait again? If this isn't resolved before close of business today, I will migrate to MTN or Cell C and take my laptop package through them. SHOCKING SERVICE once again Vodacom (and not in a good way)!
