Unreasonable declined new contract

(Just need to say I did send CellC a similar complaint email from their website) on the 29th of April 2013) to date I did not receive a single response!!!

I visited your Kolonade store in Pretoria/Montana I wanted to apply for a new contract from CellC I was interested in their straight up 100 contract with the galaxy s4 for R399 that was advertised.

The consultant did a credit check on my name and said that my score is only 149 which mean I only qualify for R149pm. I told him that I don't want that I want the R399 pm deal for the galaxy S4 nothing else. He said if I could bring 3 months bank statements and latest pay cheque he could send it through maybe they could grant an increased credit. After all the trouble of getting supporting docs I was told sorry we can grant you max R250. Due to this CellC just lost another client because they (CellC) decided on behalf of myself that I am not capable of paying for the contract and that I don't have a lot of debt to prove myself.

CellC - I am very disappointed in you! You could have had an extra client but it looks like I am not good enough for CellC. (And I am not the only one that experienced the credit score problem!)
