This is the second time this year that the people supporting the Nigel outlet messed up an order of mine. The first round in January they ordered me the wrong iPhone and I had to return it and wait for the correct one after I realised they gave me the wrong phone. I also ordered an iPad 32Gb about five weeks ago. I got nitified last week that it would be there by last Friday, only to be called by the sales person to say that their head office once again messed up my order by not ordering my iPad at all. This is totally unacceptable service for a customer of 12 years.
