Vodacom After Sales Service is the WORST!

Vodacom has by far the worst after sales service!

I purchased an iPad mini on a Vodacom 2 GB for R329 a month contract.

I was told by the salesman that when my data usage reaches 2GB it will cap.

Last month my Vodacom debit order reflected R411!!!

After years on the phone to the call center I find out that the 2GB is not capped and i get charged per mega byte out of bundle.

I put in a request for a "Soft lock" and a copy of my contract via fax (a stone age concept) TWICE. i have called then TWICE to get an update of the status of the logged call. NOTHING

I have/have had a Cell C, an MTN and a Virgin contract. Vodacom has by far the worst after sales service!
