Our landline didn't work from January. I've phoned telkom accounts and told them the phone doesn't work.
They told me it's not the account, I have to phone the technicians and they must test the line. Then again the technicians told me there is nothing wrong with the phone it must be the account. From this to that, I have reported it threw email and nobody responded.
Our landline is suspended now because it is in arrears.
They wouldn't helped us from January to sort out the problem, but now it's suspended because we don't pay the account.
This is not how you serve your clients. I've there is a problem with the phone they must help their clients to sort it out. Now we have to pay a account from January while the phone didn't work.
Can you please help me to sort out this.
