I have to keep asking Cell C to cancel my account every month which they promised that they would. When I reported them on hellopeter on the 30 March Mbongeni from cell c promptly responded, apologized and said they'd refund me the money they took from my account within 14 working days. 14 days later they sent me another bill instead of my refund. I'm sure they will debit my bank account again and apologise yet again and make me wait indefinitely for my refund. I've had more than I can take with this inefficient company that's me monthly and will take serious measures to make sure that this incident is known by many people so that they can be warned to steer clear of a company that takes advantage of consumers and cannot control what happens in their operations.
