Got a call this morning from Mtnsp to say they have 3 Iphone 5 32GB available and do I want them. The agent was Kgosi and I said yes please upgrade mine and my sisters. So all was well until an hour later when our phones got suspended, and the courier wants to deliver an Iphone 4. Made about 20 calls to retenttions spoken to Frida, Pearl, Kriesan. and NO ONE calls us back. So now my sisters phone has been suspended and no one can help her and you want to know why you are losing clients???
