It was time for me to upgrade my contract and was actually thinking of cancelling my contract but then Vodacom Direct called me with a nice deal it was a top200 and I was on a 315 top up, I agreed to this because it worked out cheaper but when my bill came there was a handset fee added which they didn't explain or said that it would be added. I called them a few time with no reaction from there side. I have 2 contracts with them and cancelled the one today because there service is bad. I will be cancelling my other contract with Vodacom as soon as it expires.
