MTN fails yet again

I cancelled my MTN contract, paid the early cancellation fee and waited the 48hrs they needed for the payment to reflect no questions asked because i needed this to be done asap. when the 48hrs had lapsed i then asked to be migrated to prepared so i can continue to use my number... but to my surprise i was told i would forfeit my remaining airtime off the contract which i had already paid for and was told there is nothing they could do, no shocker there cause these guys struggle when it comes to service delivery! (remind you of a certain political party???) i was then told it would take 2-24hrs for my number to be migrated to prepaid. i waited 24hrs then bought a nano sim so i could do a sim swop, but once again to my surprise i was told when calling the call centre that i could not be assited because my number still reflected as a contract line?! i was then transferred to contracts where they told me tey couldnt pick up my number and that the migration still hadnt happened! i was told to wait another 24hrs (mind you i have no other line or number...) next day comes and the same thing occured and to this day (96hrs) im still waiting to be migrated and remain serviceless!!!
