Mtn cancelled my contract and retained the data

Due to the lack of connectivity, and not being able to get the download speed (3G) promised, I sent them a notice of cancellation. After a month they responded to my repeated telephone calls and demands to accept the cancellation. I made an arrangement with the Retentions department, Eunice, that I would use up the data which I had paid for, and would then return the dongle to the Mtn dealer who supplied it to me.
A couple of days later my service was cut off arbitrarily, and I cannot get any response to repeated calls to the retentions department, nor to Nomonde Mthukwane with whom I have been in communcation for some time.
All I got was a letter to say that they accept my cancellation and the service has been suspended.
I have paid for the unused data on the dongle and they have simply it back with no compensation offered nor given. This actually amounts to. Their sudden cutoff has left me without an alternative as the data left would have lasted me 2-3 weeks, in which time I could have made an alternative arrangement.
I use my internet for business, and I have customers waiting for reply e-mails. I am forced to travel to friends and family, and to wi-fi zones.
