After bad service more continues

After a dismal start to me upgrading and still not receiving feedback my phone subsequently has refused to work. The phone is not even a month old and was given in for repairs on Thursday. I called vodacom to advise of the issue and told them that I do not want that phone or even a new replacement. I was told that someone would call me so I am waiting.
