Phoned on 6 occasions
1st On 6/2/2013, everytime promised 5 working day resporesponce.. 2 months later still waiting. Spoke to team leaders both said it was inexcusable and would respond before end of the working day... still waiting... need to know what to do. I stay in a good estate in 4 ways and should have good network coveeage, I dont in my house and I do my work from home so this is a problem.
