I have emailed Mweb to cancel my ISP account on 26 March 2013. To date (28 April 2013), this has not yet been completed, through a combination of poorly managed email service and lack of an online cancellation feature (abysmal for an ISP in 2013).
I have received interim feedback from Ernest Stripp and Rene Rudolph in their tech and cancellation departments respectively, none of whom have yet to confirm my cancellation.
You are dealing with peoples money Mweb, get your act together. Should I find that you debit me again in May for your clumsy cancellation process then we'll start to discuss service expectations from a CPA perspective.
