How do you use a person's banking details without communicating with the person of whose banking information you are using???

I'm sick and tired of your arrogance in thinking that you can abuse your customers because that is what you're doing in essence. I have been more than patient with you guys but this I just cannot fathom, banking details are a very sensitive thing and this why I think you're being arrogant by just using them without my consent.

I am not happy at all about this and will be taking further steps in this regard.
