My father passed away on the 18th of march this year shortly after that we submitted all the documents requested at the vodashop sasolburg for finalisation of the contract to be converted to prepaid several times we went in to the store enquiring about the development with regard to the above and they informed us that the contract will be cancelled and there wont be any payment nor continuation of the contract but to our suprise and dismay the line was suspended several times and still is suspended I am very dissapointed with the service I received from Vodacom
