My father passed away less than 2 weeks ago. I contacted Vodacom to find out how we cancel the contract. well you actually can't - whatever option you choose, you pay the full contract term for the deceased's account. On top of that they sent a mail to my dad's phone telling us to contact them to resolve this after I had called so they knew we were looking in to it and then Vodacom suspended the phone although the account has been paid - all this whilst we are still dealing with our loss. no care no concern just contract details even thouigh they have his bank details and the debit order was paid this month.
