I am totally flabbergasted that MTN has been restricting the downloads of content, eg music, videos, etc without any notice to the users. Furthermore, I pay for a service and can not accept that MTN does not allow Blackberry users to download content like music. I am appalled that this is happening and they even reduce the data plan allowance. Yet Vodacom does not have those restrictions.
Someone from MTN needs to unfold this for me as I just spoke to an agent and he said to me that this is case and it will not change.
VERY DISAPPOINTED!!! REALLY CONSIDERING SWITCHING TO VODACOM!!!
