I reported a fault on my ADSL line (Fault 522CNK280313). The technician came round and identified that the problem was a faulty ADSL filter.
The technician only had one filter on him, and told me I could buy them from any Telkom or Computer store for about R30.
The technician returned to my house after about 15 mins with a brand new filter, in the box, free of charge.
That is quality service. I can't remember the technicians name, but please check who serviced fault 522CNK280313 and give him a medal! Well done!
