I signed a contract at end of November 2012 to transfer cell number from Altech Autopage to Nashua. To date this has still not been done. They cancelled the portrequest and when I queried, asked me to come in and sign new documentation which I have refused. The problem was caused by their inefficiency. Wrote and sent registered letter to the CEO of Nashua Mobile attaching copies of all the email correspondence on 29 July 2013 and to date not received the courtesy of a reply or phone call. Have requested the cancellation of the contract but also receive no answer to this request.
