Sorry excuse for a company

So Telkom Mobile are all bragging about their fast LTE service, so i decided to sign up (BIG MISTAKE) with promises of at least 20MB/s. Day one got around 40MB/s and i thought wow this is really a great service... i am sitting at around 5MB/s after multiple speed and bandwidth tests even though i am in the coverage zone with 4/5 bars of signal. So i decide to call them (MISTAKE 2) and get through to some useless call center agent with an attitude like no other. 7 days after logging the case 7138562 still no feedback and my speed is just getting worse. Bring on MISTAKE 3 i have entered into a 36 month contract with these muppets, heaven only know what speeds ill be getting by the end of it 1mb/s if i am lucky. Now i understand this might seem trivial to some but i at least expect to get what i signed up for and am paying good money. BEWARE any consumers wanting to sign up for Telkom Mobile LTE you will be duped and sorely disappointed if you do and whats worse you can expect the Telkom attitude and service to boot.
