Where do I even start???

Too frustrated to put it in words! I paid up and cancelled my contract- even have a letter from them confirming this but am still getting annoying calls saying I owe them. No one can tell me how much and where this amount is coming from. I've received a final demand for payment. I've written to this organisation, I've called and spoken to numerous incompetent staff... Nobody seems to know what is going on. I just want this whole ordeal to be over! I regret ever taking up a contract with this company.
