This is now the third complaint for the same problem. Logged a fault with Telkom in July 2013 for slow and unstable DSL connection. I have called on numerous occasions to get feedback on the progress and what is being done, but it seems like its some secret. The response I always get is that "technicians are monitoring". This is unacceptable, monitoring a fault is not going to fix it. Telkom you need to do something different and at least give a date of when the problem will be fixed. It is not a secret that the La Lucia exchange is heavily congested. All I need to know is what is being done and when will it be resolved? And please dont reply to this complaint with the same lame response. If you reply I want the following answers:
1. What is going to be fixed to restore my ADSL to normal speed?
2. When will this be done?
You need to do something different now, even if it means moving my line to a different port. PLEASE DO SOMETHING AND STOP SITTING BACK AND LAUGHING AT YOUR CUSTOMERS.
