I have already lodged my complaint against Justplay for their mistake of not having rules for their Double Entries Monday on any of their marketing or advertising or for that matter in their Terms and Conditions on their website. Then deciding (obviously) that after I had already spent R600 on entries that I cannot have double entries on those? Now I have written a complaint on Hello Peter last week, after I already sent them a mail to which they didn't reply, so here is another complaint a week later.
