If a corporate MWEB does not even bother to formally reply to a complaint via their website, then that speaks volumes of their attitude towards their customers.
I lodged a complaint about no phone numbers working to get support, so I duly lodged a complaint on the [URL Removed] website. I got the normal automated response, but nothing since then. Now it has been over a week and still no correspondence.
Looks like I will have to go elsewhere with my ADSL business.
