Failure to help with the investigation

IN September 2012 i received a letter from the SAFPS to say i have been listed with them. i immediately contacted them and i spoke to a lady by a Katreen name who was very much helpful, she gave me the contacts details of the companies that have listed me and as such i contacted them. I spoke to a one Natasha Moses from Old Mutual Forensic and she told me that some one tried to get a loan with them using my details and i should fax her my ID copy, affidavit and six specimen signatures with which i did. I also did the same with the other company and it took them only three days to have me removed from the SAFPS.

I waited for months for Old Mutual ot get back to me to no avail but i kept phoning until after several trials i spoke to a Raville who requested the same docs as Natasha as she is said to have gone on maternity leave and i did as requested. After a long wait again for Raville to come back to me and my numerous attemtps to get a way forward i finally got a call from the Boss himself Glen van Ike. Mr Van Ike called and i have never been abused on the phone like that, the names was calling all sorts of names that he could come across. i tried to reason with the gentleman.
