Loan on my name accruing interest

I was contacted by the Direct Axis department on 28 March 2013 to determine whether I applied for a loan account with Call Direct. I denied that I applied for any loan with them in 2013. They informed me that R15000 loan was approved and paid to a Capitec Bank Account. I was on holiday at the time and went through significant trouble to open a case with the SAPS and register with the SAFPS. I also received a letter from DirectAxis that confirms that this occurred. When asking the department for any form of documentation I could take to the police (e.g. ID copy, application form) they informed me that no supporting documentation exist. This account still shows on my FNB banking profile and is accruing interest (Account number 85201959634, last interest charge 15 April 2013). This account and the inquiry by DirectAxis also reflects on my credit record. I have made contact with the DirectAxis department on two occasions via email and got no response. This is unacceptable and frustrating - please assist me in this matter or direct me to the next appropriate channel (e.g. the National Credit Regulator) to get my name cleared. Thank you. Ernes Smit
