SAFPS-Refusal to blacklist my identity

I requested that my identity book be blacklisted but was refused by South African Prevention Services (SAFPS) because retailers where accounts have been open and purchases made had refused to give me a letter of confirming that I am a victim of an impersonator required by the SAFPS.

Meanwhile waiting for investigations to be completed enquires and accounts are being done in my name.
