Pathetic service from Telkom and even worse attitude from consultants, I have internet problems with Telkom and from the 22nd April i had no luck, i tried reporting it and the consultants at the call centre don, t give a. They do not help and Telkom refuse to send a Technician to my house. its almost half a month, first slow internet speeds and now no internet at all, the worst service that I have EVER received, a 0 out of 10 for them.
