On the 6th september2013, My manager took her phone to cell c in fourways for a repair, she stayed the whole month without a phone, and on the 7th of october 2013, she decided to call the store in fourways for a feedback on her phone because nobody cared to updated her about the process of her phone, when she call the store manager said its not his responsibility to follow-up on her phone, because once the phone leaves the store to repair centre its not their responsibility, like really nw? We talking about a phone that is under contract and she is still paying it, she is beein wit cell c for 4 years and this is how they treat her. So I guess this is how cell c treats their valued customers. I'm not impressed at all
