After been told that my phone couldn't be repaired due to sweat damage... I was accused by Cell C's repair centre of taking components out of my phone.
Cell C Fourways Mall then shrugged their shoulders saying there's nothing they can do...'It's between you and Cell C'
The final straw was finding out that when my contractt was upgraded 15 months ago, Cell C had cancelled my insurance without informing me.
Nice way to treat a customer that's been loyal to you for over 18 years!
