Misleading & disgusting customer service!!!

On the 4.04.2013 i had asked for an upgrade to the Samsung SIII, Dumisani Radebe had agreed to keep my package exactly like the previous one i was on. However what he assured me that he would do, was totally different to what he put on paper, this to me is exactly how customer are being mislead! Further more he rushed me into signing the contract as he had other customers waiting. Upon calling the MTN Customer Care Services i have learnt of his . i returned the handset on the 16.04.2013 and requested a cancellation. To date the service i have received from Dumisani Radebe and MTN customer service is DISGUSTING!!! As at the 17.04.2013 i had requested that MTN no longer debits my bank account and No one from MTN has had the decency to contact me advising on the status of the cancellation or of my request.i have no idea whats going on and am at my witts end on trying to get answers. For the past 7 years i have been a loyal customer to MTN, every payment was made on time yet the service i receive is pathetic. The expenses, inconvenience, stress and frustration that MTN continues to cause me is in describable. i once was a promoter of MTN but NOT anymore!!!
