I am totally disgusted at the service given to me by Mweb. Three months ago I filled in an application for cancellation of service. I even received at cancellation confirmation letter!!! Todate Mweb are still debitting my account. This is so frustrating. I was told again today with no further explanation that my cancellation has gone through AGAIN! I requested SOMEONE PHONE ME AS the email i received from Revqah Davids insinuates that I AM AT FAULT. NOBODY HAS HAD THE DECENCY TO PHONE ME BUT IT IS FINE TO TAKE MY MONEY EVERY MONTH END FOR A SERVICE I DO NOT USE AND DO NOT WANT AND HAVE NEVER USED! I will never use Mweb again. There is no customer service at this "CUSTOMER CALL CENTER"!
