Unauthorised Debit on Bank Account

One day one of my employees came to me quite distraught, on the 26 April 2013 Cell C had debited R514.00 from his bank account. This was rather surprising as on the 5 January he had faxed through a the perscibed cancellation document. He expected there to be a final debit to be at the end of Feb as per the 30 day cancellation terms. He subsequently had no more debits till the mentioned 26 April 2013. As you can imagine this was rather a shock and to have that amount of money debited without proir notice can cause a lot of stress to someone. I then took it upon myself to contact Cell C on the 7 May 2013 to see if i could make head or tail of the situation as my employee felt bullied whenever he contacted them. Well to my disgust the lady I spoke to offered no help or clarity on the situation what-so-ever and when threatened with hellopeter she pretty much told to please go ahead. I unfortunately did not catch her name, however the time of the call was around 10:00am.

I hope some will have the decency to contact and help resolve this issue as i will be taking it even further. I find it quite disgusting that a company like Cell C can treat there customers in this manner.
