After being told by a branch 2 time that I can only cancel my contract after it expires, I called the call centre today to cancel my contract. There I was told that they can only cancel it after 30 days, even if my contract has expired completely. This is exactly the type of miscommunication between different parts of MTN that is making me leave the company.
