I was told by a telkom representative that the telkom 2MB 10GB line is fast enough to brows and watch youtube videos and email. Well i have logged about 4 support requests to get the line speed up as im unable to do anything on the line, it is so slow, emails don't send, youtube videos don't buffer. I then did a speed test, just getting the speed test done took over 10min, shows im getting under 50kbps on a 2MB line!! maybe i should get internet somewhere else. and to think i told my sister to get this line and she did.
Also i have logged 4 support faults but i don't get emails with the ticket number!!! so i can't even show the ticket number, so i logged a ticket for the phone line and managed to get a ticket number: Reference number is: 336CRK170913, which was closed without calling me and the line is still slow.
