Number Porting

I went into the 8ta store at Eastgate Mall to port my number from another network on Monday (22-04-2013). I regret having started this because it seems 8ta pass the buck and nobody wants to take responsibility. The guy firstly only rica'd a sim instead of porting a macro sim for me. He did and said to me that porting happens midnight and I will be able to use my number the following day. He said it takes 24-48 hours for the porting. I called the call centre on the 24th and was informed by the agent that the full 72 hours is needed to complete the porting. She further mentioned that it will be done by midnight last night and if its not done I must call this MORNING so that something can be done to see why it has not happened. I called the call centre this morning as per the instruction I was given only to be confronted by appaling service from Nozipho and her team leader. Nozipho initially said it will be done at 14:00 and then she shied away from making a commitment, I asked what is going to be done in this regard and the team leader incessantly insisted that he will do nothing! What terrible service from my prospective network!
