We upgraded on the 2nd of April and took the R220 p/m package where you receive a Samsung handset full HD Flatscreen TV. The Sales person said that the TV's were out of stock and were to be contacted when it was going to be delivered. Yesterday we received an SMS saying we supplied the incorrect TV licence number with a contact number that we need to phone to supply the correct number. This number is just ringing (011) 9288370. After the Sales person made a copy of our TV Licence and attached it to all the paper work.
And 3 weeks down the line we still have no TV.

Please sort this out as soon as possible, because we are paying for something we do not have.
