Failure to Deliver and follow up on orde

On 14 May 2013 i applied for a Samsung TV & Phone Combo Deal @ Gugulethu Mall. I got the phone and am receiving airtime but havent got the TV. On 4 June 2013 i forwaded my TV licence Copy to Diphanang Monethi from Samsung i resubmitted the licence again on 5-06-13 on 6-06-13 i called the Samsung number 011 928 8370 which went unanswered on 27-06-13 i went to Gugulethu mall & they said the order didnt exist on the system and it was submitted then. The Sales Person Vuvu And Manager Asanda Said there was nothing they could do to follow up with Samsung as they didnt know how to and they were in not in a position to help me in future on this matter they referred me to the MTN call centre which referred me to Samsung. They gave me this Number 011 928 8370 to follow up on my own as they where in no position to follow up on this matter. I went to the head office in Century City who couldnt help as they sent me back to Gugulethu. This is a promotion that i saw on MTN marketing material and now i am surprised that MTN cannot help in this issue who do i turn to now because MTN is going ahead with full installment deduction for a product that is not in my posession.i feel so let down.
