TOTAL BAD SERVICE:-CALL CENTRE NO RESPONSE

Firstly i purchase a blackberry via online/telephone purchasing, the handset was delievered on Monday the 25th of March 2013 however could not receive it as incorrect residential address had been recorded, recieved the handset on wednesday the 27th. was told that the sim will be automatically activated within 48hours BY THE SALES PERSON, howver as off today the 3rd of April 2013 no activation was done.
Called the 082 111 number and was told that they could not identify my ID number on the system, and that i must call 0821945 the activation number: TRIED THIS NUMBER FOR MORE THAN 5HOURS, HOWEVER NO ANSWER, BEEN TO A VODACOM HELP SHOP IN LIBERTY MALL AND THEY ALSO COULD NOT ACTIVATE, JUST SAID I NEED TO TRY THAT NUMBER AGAIN.
YESTERDAY THE 2ND OF APRIL 2013 I SENT AN EMAIL TO THE INDIVIDUAL WHO SOLD THE PHONE TO CANCEL THE CONTRACT BECAUSE AM SITTING WITH A UN-ACTIVATED PHONE, TO DATE NO ONE HAS CONTACTED ME TO ARRANGE PICK UP!!! THE ONLIN? /CALL CENTRER PEOPLE ARE FAST TO SELL THE PRODUCT BUT AFTER SALE SERVICE IS TOTALLY RIDICULOUS-PLEASE ARRANGE FOR THE PRODUCT TO BE RETURNED!!!
