I've been using Whatsapp for 11 months now, and has never been charged for it. Last month l noticed that I have been charged for GPRS usage. Upon inquiring from Autopage's customer service centre, I've been told that it' was for using Whatsapp. I've tried to explain to them that BIS (Blackberry internet services) was part of my contract and that I have downloaded the application from Blackberry Application World: Free applications. I have noticed that my GPRS usage is increasing daily - in spite of the fact that I'm only using my phone for Whatsapp and BBM.

After numerous calls to the customer service centre and technical department to confirm the correct settings on my phone, no one is able to explain to me, the reason for being charged for a service that is - in my opinion - covered by the BIS.

I will appreciate someone explaining this to me and assist in resolving this problem.
