I am being billed for GPRS usage and VLive on my Blackberry. 1) GPRS is a slower version of EDGE and the network dictates which is being used. 2) I have DELETED VLive on my phone but am still being billed upwards of R50 per month for this usage.
I have sent through messages via "My Account", I have gone into the branch at Hillcrest, I have sent e-mails, amd to date have had NO RESPONSE.
When I phoned I was told it was due to my Blackberry settings and usage of WhatsApp but even when I deleted everything on my phone I was still billed.
My husband has almost IDENTICAL amounts billed to his phone - he does not have a Blackberry, does not use WhatsApp and does not connect to the internet (this has been deactivated on his phone.).
In my mind this constitues as they are probably billing many others for the same thing.
