ADMIN FAILURE ANNOYING!

I have been paying from for my Vodacom account for the past 8 years I have been into the store every time I have an upgrade to change the information to change the name and id number from that of my mother to myself who has been paying for the account for 8 years (I had to provide id bank statements etc) to NO AVAIL still my mother's details and when I comes to a query I cannot be helped!!! purely because it's not my id number but it is my bank account and we changed owner ship 4 times now, filling in forms etc!!! And purely cause our initials both read "J H" some sorry excuse for a bi-ped with "apparent" brain chooses not to read further!
THIS IS RIDULUOUS GET SOME COMPOTENT PEOPLE! BIG CORPORTATES OVER PRICE OVER CHARGE AND LACK OF INTELLIGENCE! it's disgusting whats worse is you interviewed these! I will therefore be cancelling my contract and I work for a big corporate that utilises your services and I think we will be changing service providers!!!
