I don't even know where to begin! The very bad service orCarrol swearing me from the side while I'm busy talking to her manager about a complaint that I have for 3 weeks now and not sorted out yet because according to the manager at the vodashop it is NORMAL for a Black Berry Z10 to use 1 GIG data over night that means you must pay R2 a MEG out of bundle so my Bill will be R60 000 a mount AND THAT'S NORMAL!!! The Reference number he gave me is not valid if you phone Vodacom Customer Care and GUESS WHAT one cant even log a complaint at CUSTOMER CARE! All they say is " EISH I think the manager must call you " I'm still waiting for that call! And they can even give you a Reference number!!! I"m going to open a report at the police against Carrol for swearing at me! Is that how vodacom treats there customer or is it just about the money for them? It is no wounder that vodacom is on the top of the complaint on Hallo Peter.
