MTN billing/upgrade up and overcharging!!!

December 2011 we requested to upgrade one of our company's cellphone contracts from a MTN 100 package to a MTN 1500 package and thought everything was in order. In February 2013 we Discovered that we are still on the MTN 100 package, but get charged for the MTN 100 AND the MTN 1500 per month this whole time as we have been paying roughly -R4, 500pm for the cellphone bill each month (which seemed excessive and decided to investigate), thus I went in March 2013 to the MTN shop in Eikestad to upgrade the contract immediately to a use-your-own 1500 package @ R1, 269pm plus itemised billing so we can monitor this more closely and requested reimbursement of all the money deducted incorrectly!!! I went back in April and May, nothing was done. Then 22 June 2013 the manager at the time (Ashley Arnolds) said they "lost" my documents that I submitted in March and must do it again with a police affidavit, which I subsequently did and was told everything will be sorted.
Today I went in again and STILL NOTHING HAS BEEN DONE, I am at a point where MTN Head office needs to come on board, the staff is immature and blame each other which is pathetic!! Please MTN, contact me so we can resolve this!!!
