I will keep on complaining everyday from now on with different account until someone can give me some answers truthfully.
1. When will the project for upgrading the infrastructure start?
2. When will the project for upgrading the infrastructure be completed?
3. When will I be connected?
Giving me answers like you will be notified when the project is complete is unacceptable.
Telkom might as well contact me in 2015 and tell me that it is complete.
And dont even try just sending me an escalation number because it is useless without answers!
