Once again we are completely disappointed at this company. After we reported him on Hello Peter he sent us communication of sincere apologies and that he would like to rectify his position with us by completing the project for free, as long as we could remove our complaint. We agreed that once he completed the job to our satisfactory and reimbursed the deposit we paid him that only then would we remove or positively respond to this complaint on Hello Peter. He did come and do the job however we required an additional frame around the art wall to our satisfaction. We agreed that if he would complete the frame we would waiver the deposit that he still owes us as per his agreement to do the job for free. He never came back to complete the frame and it has been over 2 months since he promised to return to complete the job as agreed. To this day he also has not reimbursed our deposit either. Emails have gone back and forth and further empty promises. SHOCKING ONCE AGAIN!!!
