No infrastructure is very questionable

My house already has a telkom installation and a unit box inside the house from the previous owner. We have Telkom overhead cables. Telkom informs us that there is no infrastucture. I have a traffic light in my street, a sasol, nandos, woolworths, debonairs. So either Telkom is useless not to roll out infrastructure in such a well advanced area. I was told no infrastructure until the next budget in April 2014, does Telkom really have a poor system that cannot indentify a previous address, cause all they need to do is to reconnect it at the exchange or is Telkom SO poor that they cannot roll out services as they dont have Capital for infrastructure. Can Telkom TRULY expand, should the broadcasting complaints commissioning of SA still grant Telkom priority license? Do we grant priority license on merit or just without merit, then the BCCSA is as useless as the papers its written on. MONOPOLY, MONOPOLY. Competitions authority complaint.
